Before users can start chatting with any of the other users on CrypTalks, they need to get their approval.
To open a communication channel with each of the CrypTalks users one has to ask the permission of the other party. The aim of this feature is to encourage the users to check carefully each user, before getting in touch with them.
The 'Ask to Chat' request is sent to the 2nd party and appears at their notifications screen.
Once approved, both sides receive a message that they can start communicating with each other.
Once users have known each other and gained confidence, we give users the option to send each other their personal details. This is of course only in the case that both parties have agreed to it.
For this purpose, we have installed the 'Share Info' button inside the chat. The 'Share Info' request is sent to the 2nd party and appears at their notifications screen.
Once approved, both sides receive a message and their friend’s contact information will appear in his/her profile page.
