We are happy with any group that opens in our application, but we believe that with each group being built there is also responsibility. We don't have any member number limits. Then, you should select the "Trader's Score" category and check for the following: First check that the user has approved his/her Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, and then check that the accounts are parallel and reliable. You may also want to check that the user you want to trade with has approved their phone and their email account with us. Yet, the most important of all must be the KYC factor. Know Your Customer is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients and assessing the potential risks of illegal intentions with regards to the business relationship. At CrypTalks we ask the users who wish to trade with each other to fill out the KYC form. That means they have submitted to our system their ID, and proof of resistance and have agreed to our AML agreement. We recommend not to trade if all of these details are not filled out.
Simply click on the dropdown menu near your avatar on your personal page. There you will find the ‘Create Group’ button which lets you open a group. When creating a group you should choose a Group Motto - a catchy phrase that will define your group’s agenda clearly. In addition, you can add an eye-catching picture that will keep your group in the memory of your followers. It is important for us to suggest that you first plan what your group's goal is, what message you want to express in the group, and who your target audience is. If you need our help, we will be happy to assist.
Go to the search screen. At the top, you will see all of the most popular posts, users and groups. You can click on each one and choose those which look attractive to you. The groups are usually not using portraits, as opposed to individual users, so on the groups page go near the group’s avatar and simply click on the “Follow” button. That’s it. From then on, every time that this group posts you will be able to see it on the group tab on your feed. Please note that there are also private groups for which registration is subject to the approval of the admin.

A “Talk” post is similar to a tweet and it shares your personal opinion with the Blockchain and the crypto world. To post a Talk, access your main news feed, where you can see a red button with a white plus symbol inside (on the desktop version use the upper posting box). Simply click on it and a pop-up will appear enabling you to create the “Talk” post. In any “Talk” post you can add Location, Date&Time, Share a link, and add a product you’d like to sell in exchange for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.

We are aware that this industry still includes many people who try to exploit others’ lack of understanding. That's why we are very strict with any user who is suspected of cheating. There are several ways to file a complaint. The easiest, is to simply write a detailed email to our support. You can also access the user's personal page and click on the three dots to the right of the screen. Simply click the Report button and file a complaint. We assure you that every complaint will be examined with a magnifying glass.
We want to create a fun atmosphere around the block world, so we want to encourage our users to upload photos to create a rich experience right next to their posts. We believe the images offer added value to posts and give our users another way to express their opinions in a more experiential way. Users do not have to add an image, so we've added a system that automatically adds photos to a post in case the user does not add for themselves. Still we recommend adding your own selection of images.

The client can review the price in the cryptocurrency that the business asks the payment to be and then to pay directly to the business wallet. You, as a business owner, receive the payment immediately as the client has sent you in the crypto you’ve asked it to be. Whether it is in Cardano, Polkadot, or Ethereum. The business is responsible for writing the correct wallet according to the cryptocurrency it asks for as payment. The second payment method is via the Coinify system. The Coinify company offers a safe and secured Crypto to Fiat payment system. Every business that wishes to receive payments through Coinify simply opens up an account on their platform and then connects it with their account on CrypTalks.
